The vision helpdesk client App is used for the end-user clients to check and view their incidents that they have submitted, change the incident status, priority and reply the incident. The App has login screen with login details or OTP (Optional Via API only) and web view after login to load the pages. In case of any crash, the log is maintained at web-end. Location i.e. latitude and longitude is used to capture Geo location while submitting incident. There is no illegal activity to this app.
